Lumar Type Houses

We have prepared five concepts of modern, low energy, single-family detached houses for Lumar
• ALFA  BETA  GAMA  DELTA • EOS

Lumar type houses types are designed as modern, low-energy, single-family detached houses which are, in their functionality and form, best suited to a modern, environmentally conscious way of living. Natural materials such as wood and cellulose insulation, large glass surfaces in living quarters, and a functional layout are those qualities which ensure low maintenance costs and make these houses comfortable to live in.

••• LUMAR TYPE HOUSE ALFA – 142m² •••

The ALFA house can be placed in most of Slovenia's residential environments. The concept is a classic gable roof house with ground floor and finished attic.

On the ground floor, there is a covered front entry, a toilet, and a kitchen with a pantry, which together with a dining room and the living room form one living area. On the finished attic floor, there are two children's bedrooms on one side of the house and a master bedroom with a private bathroom. The utility room and shared bathroom are placed in the middle of the attic floor.

A large overhang on the entrance side of the house forms a covered area in front of the entrance and offers a possibility of constructing an enclosed bicycle room and a room for garden tools. The overhang on the front side of the house creates a large covered patio and at the same time provides shade for the interior in the summer.

The visually distinctive features of the building are wooden columns supporting the overhanging roof.

The basic version of the house has a classic white plaster facade in combination with larch sliding panels and panelling on the ground floor. The roof of the building is covered with grey flat brick shingles with integrated roof windows and solar energy panels.

••• LUMAR TYPE HOUSES EOS L, M, S •••

The main features of the EOS line are energy efficiency, thoughtfully designed floor plans, modern and straightforward design of the exterior, a large outdoor covered patio, and a self-standing carport with a convenient storage room.

Houses are grouped according to their size: S, M, and L.

  • S (small) - 110(120) m²

  • M (medium) - 130(140) m²

  • L (large) - 150(160) m²

Each size (S, M, and L) is designed in three basic versions which provide for easy placement in a specific location:

  • S, M, L - P+M (steep gable roof),

  • S, M, L - P+1 (flat roof),

  • S, M, L - P+1 (gable roof of any angle)

The exterior of each version can be treated in three different ways:

  • classic white plaster

  • any colour combination of plaster

  • combination of white plaster and wood

In all versions, it is also possible to have wooden or aluminium sliding shade panels.

INTERNAL LAYOUT - FLOOR PLANS

Particular attention was paid to the interior design and layout of the new EOS line.

The floor plans are designed in a modern, extremely rational way, with each of the S, M and L variants enabling different spatial solutions within the same volume.

In this way, it can be achieved that the house of equal size corresponds to the wishes and needs of the young family, as well as to the elderly couple, who wants to spend the autumn of their lives in the comfort of Lumar's individual house.
